The Search Engine for Multi-Agency Reportable Conduct (SEMARC) has reached another important milestone. Following a successful launch with the Texas Juvenile Justice Department (TJJD) earlier this spring, the Texas Education Agency (TEA) is now live as of May 1, 2026.
